PC Phonehome - Brigadoon Security Group Scam

I thought it would be a good security ploy to use this company. The Brigadoon Security Group, but after not giving me what i paid for I think this is a scam company. I emailed them numerous occasions but they dont answer or reply to my querys, in the end i got abusive and still got no response, I know what i paid for and this company is not delivering and if they have given me something electronically, then give it to me again and show me how to use it before you disappear forever.
