I had balance with my PayPal account and I wanted to convert it into my webmoney account. I searched for exchangers and I came across this site http://paypalliberty.tk/ They claimed to convert paypal into webmoney. They wanted me to buy Ultimate Game Card from paypal and tell them the code and they pay it into my webmoney account. I bought 3 UGC cards worth 83 pounds and told them the code but I have not received my money. I want to recover my money from them if not atleast shut them down so they will not cheat anyone else. Thank You
