after agreeing to a 99cent charge to look up one person,i found that they had charged my account $19.99 THREE times in one week. after complaining on several scam sites, i recieved an E-Mail saying my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days and i would not be charged again! Then after a few days i checked my account balance again and they had refunded my money then the next day they sucked it right back out again! I never agreed to these charges and they are ripping alot of people off the same way,as i found out after seeing page after page of the same complaint almost word for word from people who had the same thing happen to them. i have had to change my bank account after reading about how they just keep taking it out of your account month after month.
