I would like to start off by saying every accredited college or university offers federal aid to students who qualify for it, not just University of Phoenix. I would also like to add that you can take 12 credit hours each semester and the tuition would be about $45oo for two semesters. As far as the quality of the education, I don't know. Typically, you get what you pay for in an education. For instance, an employer will almost always hire somebody with a degree from a school such as Vanderbilt over somebody with a degree from a state school or tech school. However, in this economy, almost all employers are hiring people with experience because it will cost them less to train them then it would somebody who just knows the textbook material of the job. Best of luck to you.
