And that's very good news for you! Other companies may try to extort you, or even worse ignore all of your complaints. At Scam Advocates we want each of our listings to represent the truth.
How Does it Work?
Companies can respond to complaints using the "comment" box at the bottom of each scam report. The authors of each complaint can use this form to request the removal of their own complaints. If you wish, we can forward your message to the author of the complaint, and they will have the option to respond. If both the company and the author request the removal of a complaint and we do not suspect foul play, we will consider the issue resolved and permanently remove the complaint!
We will never under any circumstances remove a listing in exchange for money, or because we were threatened.
We are at no legal obligation to remove any complaint. We are protected by the 1st Ammendment and Section 230 of the Communications and Decency Act, and no lawsuit against a scam complaint website in the US has ever been successful. We will do everything we can to remove reports that have blatant lying or unwarranted malicious intent, but we do not remove any complaints for any other reason.
